What to do with your wedding dress after the wedding is becoming a common question I get asked. More often than not my brides are looking for a way to remember their wedding dress before they put it in a box for their daughter to someday try on, play with or wear for their special day. Illustrative Moments is a new way to remember your dress in a fun, fashion illustrated way! Deborah Griffin is a fabulous artist and if you send her a picture of you in your dress she will turn it into a piece of custom artwork for you to enjoy for years to come! Check out what she did for bride Cortney after her wedding!

Another fabulous idea is to frame your dress. Yes, I said frame it. Now this is something I am dreaming of for one day when I have the perfect closet (ladies you know what I am talking about). When the episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills came out that gave a glimpse of Adrienne Maloof’s wedding dress in her closet I about died! How incredible is this! Your wedding dress is most likely the best dress you have ever worn, so why not showcase it in your dressing room! I love this way to keep the memory of your wedding day alive.

What are your plans after your wedding? Will you have a sketch made of your dress, frame your dress, box your dress, will you donate your dress or resale your dress? The options are endless and we would love to hear your wedding dress plans for after your big day!
